Nia for Beginners

Beginners are welcome to any class.  All Nia classes are taught in levels 1, 2, and 3, allowing you to adapt the movements to your personal fitness and agility level.  We offer a Nia for Beginners class with more focus brought to the specific movements, to help beginning students.  You are welcome to attend any Nia class.  You are not required to start with the Nia for Beginners class.  Please attend the class that best fits your schedule.
