Playfully the science of yoga will be taught including kid friendly meditation, breathing techniques, yoga poses and a blissful guided relaxation.
Don’t miss this fun opportunity to bond with your family in new mindful ways. Class is open and appropriate for boys and girls ages 3-10 years old and their families. Bring everybody! Siblings, Aunts, Grandpas and family friends - everybody will have fun and leave class floating on a yoga cloud.

- Drop in: $30 in advance / $35 at door per family of two, $15 each additional family or group member.
