Please join us in welcoming Kelli Griffin to bring her unique cardio dance workout to you!
Hip Hype Cardio Dance is a Night Club Cardio inspired dance fitness class that combines dance and high energy music that is bound to get your heart rate up, your body moving and sweating, while having fun! You’ll forget you’re working out during this dance party!

- Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays - 6:30 - 7:30 pm
- Mondays, Fridays: 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
- Saturdays: 8:00 am - 9:00 am (Ad Hoc, twice a month)

- You must RSVP and pay in advance and receive confirmation from Kelli Griffin before joining a class
