Versatile shoes and How to walk in high heels

We've heard time and time again that walking in high heels isn't the best thing for our feet, but for many of us, it's hard to give them up.

Feldenkrais Expert MaryBeth Smith says by practicing the Feldenkrais Method when you walk, you can alleviate some of the pain that often accommodates hours of wearing high heel shoes. Feldenkrais is a method some dancers and athletes use to manage pain by increased mental awareness of their body's movements.

In the High Heel Bootcamp, Smith demonstrates how women can apply the Fedlenkrais Method to walking in high heels.
