Tones the body and tunes the mind. Learn to be calm, focus your energies and regain inner peace while improving physical
strength. Emphasize awareness and relaxation through supported positions.
Kay's yoga classes are both fun
and challenging. She uses an expressive, nurturing approach that meets us where most of us are, which is far from perfect.
There is no severity, only encouragement to reach our highest potential. There is a cleanness and simplicity to Kay's playful,
offbeat style. We get in there, we take on challenges-but we laugh, we groan, we let our body and mind release on their own
terms. The goal is not to achieve a perfect form, but to find the perfect expression of one's own body.

Kids Only and Family Yoga with Ma Daivi
Nithya (known also as Su Marshman)

postures in yoga by the imaginative and fun exploration of animals and nature.
Older Kid Yoga: ages 10 - Teens This semester the focus will be on the 7 energy centers/chakras in the
body. Students will learn how open these centers to empower themselves and feel good by specific asana/yoga poses, pranayama/breathing
exercises, chants, relaxation and meditation.
Vinyasa Yoga with Claudia Vinyasa is a term that covers a broad range of yoga classes. The word Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized
movement.” In other words, the teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale.
This technique is sometimes also called Vinyasa Flow, or just Flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together
and become like a dance. All Levels - This is a mixed class designed to honor the needs of a wider spectrum of students.
An excellent choice for continuing practitioners who want to deepen their practice beyond the introductory stage. Inversions
will be explored when suitable for each student.

Hatha Yoga with Melanie
Hatha yoga is an umbrella of many types of yoga. This class focuses in the branch
called Sivananda yoga. Sivanananda yoga includes postures where the body is only taken as far as the body can go on any
particular day and is not forced past its limits, together with breath control, which quiets the mind and assists the body
to relax into yoga postures. This class is suited for all levels.
Yoga Inspired Stretch and Strengthen with Karen
This class is an internal experience.
Breath combined with movement heats the body up from the inside out. The internal heat allows the body to stretch and strengthen.
This is a workout from head to toe. As a massage soothes our skin, breath and movement soothes our internal self, our cells.
In addition to cleansing the body from the inside, you will strengthen and shape your body. All levels are welcome to this
special experience with Karen.
