Incorporating the best elements of Nia - powerful music and playlists and simplified movement guided by precise, body-focused language, Move IT classes are designed to wow you! Having just attended an introduction to the approach while taking the 52 Moves of Nia training at Soma Ranch, I experienced first hand the jolt of joy a Move IT class delivers. I simply cannot wait to complete my training so that I can offer Move IT at Studio NiaMoves, along with my classic Nia and Nia with Flexi-bar classes. What perfect timing, too, incorporating Nia’s Move IT classes during the studio’s breakthrough year. We’re off to a strong start with growing classes, community outreach and deeper connection through the Heights Chamber of Commerce.
