On July 22, Studio NiaMoves hosted a Nia Jam in honoring a great Nia ambassador Constance Adams.  We are honored to have both NiaMoves' founder and former co-owners Helen Terry and Kristie Bryant returning to host this event. They are joined by the fabulous studio Nia teachers Yvonne Myles, Cambrey Lindsay, Anita Csoma and Studio Owner Angela Mestre who co-created an unforgettable Nia Jam! This is a reunion of teachers and friends of old and new to celebrate the life of Constance with some of her favorite tunes.  At the jam, Houston Nia community donated $485 towards Constance's two daughters, who are under the guardianship of MaryScott Hagles.
